It's no secret that when you're on a strict training regimen, you'd do just about anything to justify indulging in a sugary snack or two. As Captain Marvel star Brie Larson has proven, not even superheroes are exempt from this.

Larson, who is set to make her big screen debut as Earth's Mightiest Hero this March, posted a training video to Instagram in which she completes five barbell hip thrust reps to the tune of 275 lbs. Upon completing the set, she is rewarded by her trainer with a cookie, which she was ecstatic to receive, describing the exercise as, "worth it."

This is not the first humorous Instagram post that has come out of Larson's training. Recently, Marvel Studios' newest star uploaded a video from a rock climbing session, which she described as her audition for the role of Spider-Man.

Directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck from a script they wrote with Liz Flahive, Carly Mensch, Meg LeFauve, Nicole Perlman and Geneva Robertson-Dworet, Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Jude Law as the commander of Starforce, Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson, Lee Pace as Ronan the Accuser, Djimon Hounsou as Korath the Pursuer, Gemma Chan as Minn-Erva, Ben Mendelsohn as Talos, Lashana Lynch as Maria Rambeau, Algenis Perez Soto as Att-Lass, McKenna Grace as a young Carol Danvers and Annette Bening in an undisclosed role. The film arrives on March 8.
